Steps to Success

Be Proactive - Encourage your customers to get a FREE* PNM Home Energy Checkup to help determine which items can be upgraded by a trained professional to make their homes more energy-efficient.
Make it part of you process - During new appliance or smart thermostat quotes, mention the PNM Home Energy Analyzer to your customers. This will allow them to access rebate forms instantly.
Use as a savings tool for big ticket replacements - Before air conditioner early retirements, check with customers to ensure they’ve completed a PNM Home Energy Checkup and have the rebate forms. (Password provided by PNM Home Energy Checkup Energy Specialist).
